6.) However, in case you don’t have the access to the phone or email mentioned in the options, you can click on the link Try a different method. Then you will be prompted to answer a security question (you set up during the signup process as a recovery option) and ZIP Code. Enter the correct answer and ZIP Code and click on the Continue button.
7.) If your chosen password recovery option is verified positively by Xfinity, you will be directed to the Password Reset page.
8.) On the Password Reset page, simply create your new password and click on the Continue button. You will get a confirmation message for successfully resetting your account password. Now, you can easily log in to your Comcast email account.

I am trying to retrieve my email with Comcast. I’ve tried so hard to no avail.

When you’re in my xfinity.com account bookmark it. Then when you go to sign on go to the Chrome icon then press on the three dots in the upper right hand corner and it should give you a drop down menu where it says bookmarks and then click on the extent my Xfinity bookmarkbookmark
Why can’t Comcast give us an icon like we had before for Xfinity connect instead of having to go through so many steps to get to my email.
I can’t stand xfinity.com. Several days ago, I could not get audio on one television channel. I called comcast and they sent a signal, etc., and the problem still persisted. So they arranged for a technician to come to my home two days later. That evening, the channel came on. I called Comast to say I got the channel and I was told they had corrected the problem at their end. They asked if they should cancel the technician (of course).
The next day, a different channel had no audio. Same routine. This time they sent a technician who “upgraded” my service.
Guess what, that channel today has no audio. I REFUSE to listen to the robot lady going through her robotic voice routine. Does anyone know how I can send and EMAIL to Comcast. I don’t want to be screaming at the robot lady again.

I go to comcast.net and it takes me to Xfinity. I have no idea how to get my emails and I am panicking because I have a receipt for my auto insurance, concert tickets and hotel confirmations.
