1. If you can access your account with your current password, sign in to your email account and change the password.

Methods to Recover Compromised Comcast Email Account

Methods 1: If you can access your account

1.) Sign in to your Comcast Xfinity email account and select the option My Account located at the top of the inbox page.

2.) Under My Account, click on Manage Users and Settings and then select the Change Password option located below your account name.

3.) Now, you will need to enter your current password, and then create a new password having no less than 8 and no more than 16 characters. Also, remember that Comcast accepts a password with at least one number, one letter, and one special character. Once you have entered a new password, click on Save Password.

Method 2: If you can’t access your account

1.) Go to sign in a page of Comcast and click on Forgot Your Password option.

2.) You will need to enter your email address or username on the next screen along with Captcha shown in the box. Once you are done, click Next.

3.) On the next screen, you can either select the option to receive a reset link to another email address or you can select the option to answer the security question and provide your zip code.

4.) In order to proceed to the password reset page, answer the security question, or open the reset link from your email address. Confirm your action and you will be then allowed to create your new password.

5.) Create a password between 8 to 16 characters with at least one letter, one number, and one special character. Enter the new password in the field box and click Next. Now try logging into your account with a new password.
